Mami Kosemura, she is the one who visualises classical expression of pictures, by using digital media such as photography and movies.
Recently, she has focused on a time frame of both Western and Japanese pictures have, and created art pieces with a calm depth from combining both features of analog and digital. Her video "Overflow Scrolling", exhibited in Cool Japan Fund, expresses like an Emaki (which is Japanese traditional style similar to books) with the use of photos of landscape. Another work is "Frozen" projected in Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo, filmed a tied up drawings and photos printed on Japanese paper, together.
For this occasion, photos and videos called "Drape", introduced last year in Kuandu Museum of Fine Arts which located in Taiwan, will be presented. For this work, she paid attention to a "pictorial view" from picture and created a digital expression with a provision of time axis on "organic views".
