Junichiro is an artist who seeks "whereabouts of life and sign of
wood" through his artwork.
He uses "Sashimono-giho (Japanese joinery woodworking joints)" which
is combining various types of wood together without using nails, spikes
and pegs. The integration of his artistic sense, and "technique" and
"wood" create a new shape with life.
At his Master of Crafts at Tokyo University of the Art, he won
"Harada Prize" and in this March, his graduation is coming.
His style is a unique process of building up instant parts with a
mixture of high skilled "Sashimono-giho" and his own sense.
